• Order online with our secure Google shopping cart.
• Complimentary shipping insurance and double boxing of your bunk beds is included.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at {817} 896-1910. Orders cannot be canceled by e-mail or voice mail. If an order is canceled before it has shipped but after the credit card has been charged, a 10% order processing fee will be assessed. Orders canceled prior to credit card charging are not subject to this fee.
• Local pick-up is an option for buyers in the DFW area.

• Pay on-line using our Google checkout system.
• Credit cards are charged at time of order. We do not store your credit information and all data online is encrypted automatically using Google's secured shopping cart.
• A sales tax of 8.25% applies for state of Texas deliveries only.

• Shipping for all of the items we sell is FREE NATIONWIDE (48 states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
• Most orders for bunk beds will be shipped via FedEx ground or home delivery.
• Larger orders will ship secured to pallets via freight. This curbside service will be provided at the discretion of MOM’S Bunk House at no additional charge to the customer.
• FedEx picks up from us Monday to Friday. Normally, your item will ship within 2 business days of us receiving payment for your order.

Every item sold is Guaranteed. These beds have to travel a long way and, unfortunately, sometimes damage occurs. If you should receive a part that is damaged or defective MOM’S Bunk House will send you a replacement.
• There is no need to return the damaged piece. Simply e-mail a picture of the damaged part to info@momsbunkhouse.com. Also, circle that part in the assembly diagram and send that as well. The pictures aid us in making a claim with FedEx and insure that we send you the right part.
• For all freight deliveries, carefully inspect the boxes upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the exterior packaging or observe rough handling by the shipper please make a note on the bill of lading when you sign for your items.

• Returns are permitted, but an alternative resolution is preferred. After paying outbound and return shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee the customer is not left with much of a refund.
• All returns / exchanges must be communicated to us within 7 days of delivery for return merchandise authorization. Returns without authorization by MOM’S Bunk House will not be accepted and our delivery will be refused.
• No returns will be accepted beyond 14 days of delivery date.
• MOM'S Bunk House reserves the right to reject returns on non-defective products. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. These fees must be paid before any future orders will be shipped.
